Our Princess Is In Another Castle

A Request...

If you play Mario Kart Wii online, when it comes to voting for a track PLEASE don't vote for Rainbow Road.

Nobody likes Rainbow Road. It's always rubbish because it has no edges and is really annoying.

The only people who pick Rainbow Road are just smart alecs who are trying to show off: they think people will say "wow, they've unlocked Rainbow ROad, they must be pretty awesome".

Guess what - they don't say that. Unlocking Rainbow Road isn't a big deal. You can unlock Rainbow Road in 50cc mode. Certain species of hamster can complete 50cc mode.

So next time you're playing Mario Kart Wii online and you want to act smart and choose Rainbow Road, please don't bother. Show you have good gaming taste by choosing Maple Treeway or something instead. :-D

*ahem* "my blog's fine as long as I don't write about stuff that could (and should) appear in the magazine."

So... That's pretty much what you wrote in the ONM blog. And the ONM blog is pretty much part of the magazine. So can you really post something like this? :-D

Hello, Just to say, the reason I vote for rainbow road, is because I love the track!

You, accusing us 'smart alecs' of choosing rainbow road to show off is complete rubbish. This is because, rainbow road is very easy to unlock, why would someone choose it to show off?

Also, I believe that you, and others who only say the track is annoying are scared to lose, on such a 'difficult' and 'annoying' track. How can a track be annoying if the only fault is it has 'no sides'?

I'm sure you are one of the people who writes how to get the fastest times on MK:Wii tracks, so surely you must be half-decent at this...

Sorry for demolishing your complaint, and have a glorious day.

-Nick
